lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of this report as I believe that European countries should be jointly responsible for the situation of other citizens abroad. Citizens of Member States that do not have consular representation in a third country have the right to consular protection under equal conditions to other European citizens, which therefore means that they should be able to access the consulates of other Member States. I think that the suggestion made by the report regarding ways in which consular services can work together and simplify their processes in order to make it easier to transfer information between them, and therefore speed up procedures, is a positive one. As this represents an increase in the guarantees and rights of European citizens in third countries, I voted in favour."@en1
