lpv:translated text	"In order for the Interim Agreement between the European Communities and the Republic of Serbia to be correctly applied, I welcome the proposal for an Implementing Regulation to lay down rules and procedures for the adoption of detailed rules for the implementation of certain provisions of these Agreements. To guarantee the coherence and consistency of trade legisation, I believe that the amended provisions should be aligned with the amendments brought about by the Trade Omnibus I Regulation to the five Regulations on the application of the Stabilisation and Association Agreements and the Interim Agreements with the other Western Balkan countries.
