". I supported the report by Mr Winkler in plenary. The report was adopted by a large majority (514 votes) and I am delighted. A Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and Serbia was signed on 29 April 2008, and the purpose of the Winkler report is to define, by means of a regulation, the detailed rules for implementation of the provisions on tariff quotas for fish and fishery products, reduced tariffs and trade defence instruments."@en1
