"I voted in favour of the report on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs): competitiveness and business opportunities. The report highlights important issues arising from the situation of SMEs in Europe: it underlines the importance of the internationalisation of SMEs and the reduction of administrative burdens, in particular for micro-enterprises, and is intended to boost the industrial competitiveness of SMEs. In this context, I strongly support this report and encourage the European Commission to promote the topic of social entrepreneurship immediately."@en1
