The main reasons for this decision were connected with conflicts of interest, particularly involving the Agency’s Executive Director. As the rapporteur maintains the same position in the second report (due to no changes having occurred that justify altering this position), we opted, for the sake of transparency, to support the rapporteur’s position."@en1
