This regulation looks at the financing rules for Union funds and I believe that the focus on increased simplification and more transparency and accountability is vitally important. Another important new development seen for the first time in the Financial Regulation is the inclusion of financial instruments. Increasing the use and scope of financial instruments will provide further support to job creation and growth, which is hugely important during this economically difficult time."@en1
