lpv:spoken text	"I supported the final text of this report on the Council’s position on the draft general budget of the EU for the financial year 2013 which outlines the European Parliament’s decision to restore the Commission’s draft budget and increase the resources for growth and job creation policies. I voted in favour of paragraphs 86, 87, 88, 89 and 90 which all refer to the savings that can be made in the EU budget if the European Parliament had a single seat and supported paragraph 91 which suggests the agreement between the Luxembourg authorities and European Parliament on the number of staff to be present in Luxembourg should be revised. I abstained on Amendment 3 which refers to nuclear fission."@en1
