lpv:translated text	"I am pleased that Parliament has largely voted in favour of the swift implementation of the European label for social investment. The adoption of this regulation is a good omen for the forthcoming implementation of a social label for all enterprises, and not only for investment funds earmarked for social undertakings. Let us consider the vote on this text a first step towards encouraging and identifying enterprises which are socially virtuous, and which could therefore attract new investors. For, given that the social investment market is estimated at EUR 1 billion, this will surely encourage all enterprises to become a little more socially virtuous and to make this known through a ‘European social label’, as I encouraged the Committee on Employment and Social Affairs to adopt in the Agenda for Change and Social Innovation and in the review of the regulation on the European Social Fund (ESF)."@en1
