It will bring about a considerable improvement in the functioning of the internal energy market. What is also important is the fact that it contains clauses that oblige Member States to provide complete information about international agreements that affect the quantity of energy imported into the EU. Adoption of this agreement will ensure a high level of transparency in the agreements concluded by Member States and third countries."@en1
