Postponing the end date for the trade preferences granted to these countries from 2014 to 2016 makes no difference. The idea that these countries should be pillaged or punished is revolting. I must denounce the blackmail in which the European institutions are engaged. The ACP countries are not colonies, no matter what the Commission says.
