"Scientific research is an area that is vital for the development of the information society and also to reduce unemployment. Conclusion of an agreement in the area of science and technology is therefore in the interests of both the European Union and Algeria, as a measure that makes it possible to carry out joint research and to bring about closer cooperation in this area. This will allow closer cooperation between the parties and also create permanent ties between the scientific communities of both parties. For this reason, I voted in favour."@en1
