lpv:translated text	"Mr President, I voted for this report, which I regard as being of paramount importance, especially in the current situation, because the legislative techniques used in the European Union have been and will be extremely important. However, I feel obliged to mention a number of delays which the Commission has had in applying Articles 290 and 291 of the Treaty regarding delegated acts and consulting national parliaments. At a time when we all want more Europe, I believe that greater legislative coherence is required, as well as more active consultation with national parliaments, using mechanisms for making this consultation real and not a formality, as is the case now."@en1
