For example, the energy supply of Lithuania, for which the Commission has already initiated an investigation into Gazprom for antitrust practices, is one such on-going case. This report may resolve such problems. On the other hand, however, Commissioner, we must not forget that energy and energy relations require stability and predictability. We hope that the new mechanism will not disrupt current good energy relations and situations between Member States and third countries."@en1
