It is essential to ensure that women occupy more leadership positions in companies and organisations. Equal representation of women should be ensured in decision-making bodies, in management positions, and on the boards of companies in the green-jobs sector. I think that, if it is not possible to achieve this goal on a voluntary basis, specific measures should be taken, such as introducing quotas or other methods of reinforcing equality and democracy."@en1
