lpv:translated text	"I voted for this report because of the importance of the vine growing areas in Romania. My country is a major wine producer, which is why I believe that it is appropriate to amend the regulation on the regime of the single payment scheme and support to vine growers. This will allow us to ensure that this sector also receives appropriate funding in the future multiannual financial framework. Romania attaches particular importance to the reform of the common agricultural policy, relying on allocations being maintained at least at their current level for the 2014-2020 period. If we want agriculture in Romania and Europe to progress, we need to ensure that the money earmarked for the CAP is used in the most effective way possible. This is the main challenge facing the common agricultural policy in the forthcoming multiannual financial perspective."@en1
