"I welcome this resolution. In order to ensure that the work of the EU Civil Service Tribunal is systematic, continuous and swift, it is right to provide for the possibility of appointing a temporary judge to this court from a selection of former judges, who would be able to begin work immediately. This would be an appropriate and effective method of resolving the problem that currently exists, ensuring that the Civil Service Tribunal is not placed in a difficult situation, which creates obstacles to carrying out the duties it is assigned."@en1
