lpv:translated text	"There are positive aspects of the EU Strategy for the Protection and Welfare of Animals, such as: providing concrete, rigorous and intelligible training, information and guidelines that will easily reach those dealing with animals every day. The level of information that must be adapted and made available at regional and local level is also positive. A coordinated European network of animal-welfare centres could play a key role in this regard. It welcomes the inclusion of a European Animal Welfare Framework Law in the strategy, provided that this type of legal framework does not dilute the already-existing national regulations, and that a careful analysis of the principle of subsidiarity be made.
