"I voted in favour of this resolution, which sets out the European Parliament’s budgetary priorities with a view to preparing the European Union’s budget for 2013. This resolution forms part of the budgetary procedure, in which Parliament is involved. It is important for Parliament to speak with one voice, in the knowledge that the discussions with the Council are likely to be difficult. I am pleased with the budgetary priorities that have been adopted, focusing on growth, competitiveness and employment."@en1
