lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of this text, which encourages the national governments to make the reforms necessary to improve the business climate in the EU in order to attract foreign investment to our regions. The Member States have to make efforts to reassure investors, by controlling their budgets, by reforming corporate taxation and by improving access to credit and European aid for SMEs. As for European Union public funds, these must now be used, as a priority, for major projects that are essential to reviving our regions. The pursuit of and increase in investment must be a priority for all, for a rapid return to strong growth in the single market."@en¹
