lpv:spoken text	"I voted for this report and welcome the fact that Parliament has insisted from the beginning on establishing a compulsory mechanism to reduce railway noise emissions caused by trains. Noisy trains have negative effects on people’s health and therefore on their acceptance of rail transport and are ultimately harmful to the development of the sector. An effective noise reduction scheme should therefore be found."@en1
