"Mr President, first of all, let me add my voice to those thanking the rapporteur for her outstanding work, as well as the shadow rapporteurs, of course. This was a tough job, we are well aware of that. It has always been Parliament’s aim to ensure increased road safety. With various laws, this venerable House has helped to also bring that about.
