The previous speakers have spoken in detail about instances where ethnic and religious minorities, in particular Christians, have been discriminated against and persecuted. On a personal level, however, I would like to emphasise that I find it particularly distressing to hear reports of the death penalty being enforced against individuals who have changed faith.
