However I voted against the resolution because I believe there are premises in the text that are wrong. Rating the single market too highly as a solution to the crisis or claiming that its completion would automatically lead to growth throughout the Union means saying things that are not true. Our companies need the single market, but the reasons for the crisis are to be found elsewhere and are much more deep-seated and serious."@en1
