It should be noted that, with this type of food, misleading labelling can harm the health of consumers. Stricter regulation is therefore appropriate. Its task is not to deprive a person of choice, but to ensure that his choice is based on clear, comprehensible and accurate information. I therefore think that advertising for these foods should meet the higher ethical standards. Stringent controls of compliance with them should be in the natural interest of the producers themselves.
