lpv:spoken text	"Madam President, the negotiations on this took place only this morning and it is with sincere thanks to Mr Salafranca Sánchez-Neyra, and also to his colleague, Mr Grzyb, and Mr Donskis from the ALDE Group, that we have managed to come to an agreement. To get consensus on this, I am withdrawing all the wording from the S&D amendment after the words ‘Human Rights’ and from the words ‘in the light of their agreement in 2011 and the priority…’ That is a different split from the one that we discussed with session services earlier on. I am sorry about this, but it is something that we have agreed with Mr Salafranca Sánchez-Neyra. I withdraw the second half of this amendment, but ask Parliament to support the first half."@en1
