I am voting for this report, which aims to introduce a high level of security and resilience in information and communication technology services and networks, adopting new security standards for critical information infrastructure. The objective is to improve the protection and knowledge of security breaches in specific sectors of the European economy. I nonetheless believe that the European Network and Information Security Agency must assume a more active role in matters relating to cybersecurity, as well as carrying out pan-European exercises which guarantee greater security for companies and citizens."@en1
