The economic damage is extremely high. I am astonished that, faced with this emergency, the funds provided for by the Solidarity Fund have not yet been granted. The rapid intervention of the fund is, in fact, essential for its credibility, and we cannot allow mere red tape to delegitimise the instruments that we have put in place.
