lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, thank you for your patience for all these explanations of vote. I just want to draw attention to paragraph 55 of the resolution which we voted on today. My group voted against paragraph 55 because, although we feel we should be developing cooperation with other countries to secure our energy future, we believe we should do so in the context of our commitment to tackle global climate change. Some of what is said in that paragraph we feel – I feel – does not meet that requirement, so I voted against that paragraph and I also voted against the final report. We need to look at these issues about oil sands, tar sands and shale gas, but we need to do so looking at our commitment to cut our carbon emissions. We cannot ignore that when we are looking at energy cooperation."@en1
