lpv:translated text	"Mr President, I voted in favour of the report. The European Union and Latin America form a strategic partnership, which should also be based on respect for shared values. Our report notes that one of the key goals of the European Union’s external action is to strengthen democratic order and human rights. I welcome the fact that our report calls for one of our priorities to be protection for victims of crime in Latin America. I would like to ask whether this also applies to situations where the perpetrator of the crime is the state apparatus. I have in mind the criminal Castro regime in Cuba, which persecutes its citizens so that they are collectively the victim of one great criminal – the communist regime in Cuba. I voted in favour of the report."@en1
