lpv:translated text	"I have voted in favour of the FTT as I think it is an important tool to raise revenues that eventually could become an own resource for the EU budget, diminishing its dependency on transfers from Member States. I think the rate is low enough in order not to create a real disruption on financial markets. Moreover, pension funds will be excluded, so the savings of our elderly will not be subject to the tax. I also think that government bonds should be excluded from the FTT, and I hope that the trialogue with the Commission and the Council will reach a favourable conclusion in this regard."@en1
