I am a little curious as to how this tax is supposed to actually differentiate between those who are speculating in the market and those who are actually investing for their future. The pensioners that we have talked about really will suffer as much as, if not more than, those that you claim are speculating. It is very easy to see how stamp duty in the UK is being avoided by a very large number of people. The Americans are actually benefiting through American depository receipts, where the listings are actually going out there instead. Can you tell me how you are going to prevent this?"@en1
