In fact, the Swedish, Cypriot and Maltese governments have said they do not want one either, while the Irish, Italian and Luxembourg governments have said they only want an EU27 tax, rather than a eurozone country tax. Could Mr Gauzès explain how this can go ahead when there is so much opposition in the Council?"@en1
