Several tools have been developed to further encourage the full operation of the single market, including the evaluation of its results. Delivering a single market does not stop at the creation of good legislation, but its adequate implementation and cross-border synergy between various national administrations are also necessary. The SOLVIT information network was established by the Commission to provide citizens with a timely and effective way of resolving problems caused by misapplication of single market rules. The Commission is considering a specific legal basis for this network, including the allocation of adequate resources to make it operate more effectively. I fully support these plans."@en1
