lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, I welcome this report. I think it is a good start, but we need to go an awful lot further. We need a strategy to protect the rights of vulnerable customers. Online shopping is a very welcome development indeed, but the Internet is also fraught with dangers. Consumers are bombarded with attractive but bogus offers from companies. They look attractive on the surface but, once these fraudulent companies get your credit card details, you are wide open to fraud and exploitation. I think we need to look very closely in relation to how we protect our vulnerable consumers, because this report is good, it is a good start, but we have a long way to go. Again, congratulations to the rapporteur."@en1
