lpv:translated text	"High roaming prices result from insufficient competition on the market for roaming, which, in turn, is caused by structural problems in the market. Until a solution is found in the form of effective structural measures, it will be necessary to respond with temporary price regulation. The price ceiling should, however, leave sufficient room for new operators to enter the market, thereby strengthening competition. The new regulation introduces a new element: a euro data tariff for retail data roaming services. Also, from 1 July 2014, the option will be introduced for customers to sign an agreement on the provision of mobile roaming services that is separate from domestic mobile services.
