"I voted for this report granting the Director of the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights discharge in respect of the implementation of the budget for the financial year 2010. The development of the MATRIX project management software is welcome. This provides an effective computer-aided tool, which the Internal Audit Service audit stated constitutes an example of best practice. I welcome the agency’s initiative to link MATRIX with the accrual-based accounting budgetary system, in order to provide information on the implementation of commitment and payment appropriations."@en1
