lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of discharge in respect of the implementation of the budget of the European Police Office for the financial year 2010 because discharge is granted to the office’s Director in respect of the implementation of the office’s budget for 2010 and approval is given to the closure of its 2010 accounts. The Court of Auditors stated that it has obtained reasonable assurances that the annual accounts for the financial year 2010 are reliable and that the underlying transactions are legal and regular. Following a request by the discharge authority, the final accounts for the financial year 2010 were made publicly available on the office’s website on 17 February 2012. However, the final accounts for the financial year 2010 should have been made public immediately after their adoption on 13 September 2011. The office must therefore do so in future in order to increase its transparency. The office’s annual work programme (AWP) is aligned with its 2010-2014 strategy and contains key performance indicators as well as critical risks and resources assigned to each annual objective."@en1
