lpv:translated text	"I am voting for this report because, in its report for the financial year 2010, the Court of Auditors emphasised that the Euratom Supply Agency’s statutes lack compliance with Article 54 of the Treaty Establishing the European Atomic Energy Community, that the agency did not receive any subsidy to cover its operations, and that the Commission bore all expenses incurred by the agency for the implementation of its budget. I note that this situation has persisted since the creation of the agency in 2008. I believe that this inconsistency is due to the absence of an autonomous budget, as the agency is integrated with the Commission. This situation is at odds with its statute."@en1
