"I would highlight the fact that the European Railway Agency (ERA) operates from two sites, Lille and Valenciennes, increasing its costs. This observation has been made since 2006 and no action has yet been taken by the Council to amend Decision 2004/97/EC of 13 December 2003 obliging the agency to have two sites. In view of this, I voted to approve the accounts submitted by the Commission, thereby granting the ERA discharge for its 2010 accounts."@en1
