lpv:translated text	"I am voting for this report, which acknowledges, on the basis of information from the European Railway Agency, that the Internal Audit Service (IAS) audited the planning and budgeting processes in 2010 in order to provide reasonable assurance on the agency’s internal control system as regards its planning and budgeting processes. I would highlight that the IAS recommendations concern the strategic planning, coherence and accuracy of the draft estimate revenue and expenditure, the annual work programme as a financing decision, and mid-term IT strategy. It is therefore important that the agency implement the measures necessary to fulfil these IAS recommendations. As such, I believe that the agency should implement the IAS recommendations relating to the audit of human resources management undertaken by the IAS in 2009."@en1
