lpv:translated text	"I am voting for this report, taking into account the centre’s recommendation, which stresses the importance of it consolidating its financial management, and recognising that drug-related issues should be adequately represented in the next new multiannual financial framework (2014-2020). I also welcome web dissemination as an efficient and cost-effective part of the centre’s overall communication strategy and information activities. The centre should propose greater support for the European Information Network on Drugs and Drug Addiction. Given the economic difficulties that Europe will have to overcome, there should be a call for renewed flexibility, innovative organisational measures and better coordination between EU institutions, agencies and national authorities."@en1
