"I voted for this report granting 24 European Union agencies discharge in respect of the implementation of their budgets. These agencies perform specific technical, scientific or administrative tasks and are decentralised EU bodies, key to implementing the objectives and results of EU policy. I welcome the fact that the Court of Auditors has been able to obtain reasonable assurances that all material aspects of the annual accounts for the financial year 2010 for all agencies operating in the area of freedom, security and justice are reliable, and that the underlying transactions are legal and regular."@en1
