lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, I voted in favour of this report on a competitive digital single market. I agree that there are many advantages to a competitive EU digital single market – both for SMEs and for our consumers – and I support the adoption of the European eGovernment Action Plan, the Interoperability Strategy and the Interoperability Framework. The report notes that uptakes in the areas of eProcurement and eInvoicing have been disappointingly low, and I back the report in its calls for further action to be taken in support of these areas at EU and Member State level. I also support the calls for more to be done to set up a system for the exchange of best practice, as I feel that this is an extremely good way of doing things and a cost-effective way, in particular, of improving performances across the European Union."@en1
