I think there is a huge difference between the two. If someone knows how the European Court of Human Rights functions, they understand that there is always the possibility of having the right decision. So far the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights, which was literally applied also by the Luxembourg Court of Justice, has proved that it was a very good court with very sound decisions."@en1
