lpv:translated text	"− I am voting for this report, since I consider it extremely important for imposing justice among the Member States and cohesion within the EU, as well as making an important contribution to social cohesion. We in the Group of the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats in the European Parliament have demonstrated, using a study, that around EUR 1 trillion in potential tax revenue is lost to tax evasion every year. We must combat this situation. It is also important that we focus on the goals of contributing to the necessary stabilisation of the financial markets and the wider economy by significantly reducing the liquidity available for financial transactions unrelated to economic activity, of increasing public revenues to accelerate the necessary budgetary consolidation, and, at the same time, of reducing the climate of austerity that the state is imposing on the public throughout Europe. For all these reasons, I would once again stress the importance of the action plan proposed by the S&D Group."@en1
