lpv:spoken text	"I fully support these proposals to introduce risk-sharing instruments to help regional development projects to continue in Member States that are under EU or IMF assistance. It is vital that these instruments are used to encourage private investment in funded projects in order to generate employment and growth in struggling economies such as Greece. European regional funding provides an important economic boost by contributing to projects that improve social and economic cohesion throughout the EU. In times of economic difficulty, some regions struggle to find match funding, and this is why these risk-sharing instruments will be vital in promoting potential private investment."@en1
