". I voted in favour of this report on the creation of risk-sharing instruments for Member States experiencing or threatened with serious difficulties with respect to their financial stability. The creation of such instruments can encourage private sector participation in financing projects in European countries in difficulties in order to revive employment and growth. Thus, countries such as Ireland, Greece and Portugal will be able to take advantage of these provisions."@en1
