Supporting this initiative will not only provide a tool for positive forest development, but will also surely improve the overall development of the Central African Republic. Timber export is a growing trade in this country which, having a closer partnership with the European Union, will certainly benefit from a rise in exports across Europe and internationally. The enforcement of this law, however accepted and supported, is the most difficult task, especially with regard to legality within the timber market.
