"There are two key points which I would like to make in response to this very concrete question.
One of them is that, of course, in the judgment on this specific matter we have to see how the Working Time Directive is applied in the country concerned. It varies greatly across Member States, and that is why it is very important that in the current period, the social partners at European level are negotiating about the Working Time Directive and how to revise it.
But secondly, and most importantly, in this document, which we adopted in March, there are many points about improving administrative cooperation, and such differences in national regulations will be sorted out and addressed more easily in the future through this improved administrative cooperation."@en1
