Voluntary codes to improve diversity on company boards, sustainability of the management and stakeholders’ involvement have proved to be ineffective in the past. Companies are an integral part of our society. Therefore, they have to practice social responsibility with respect to their stakeholders, workers and society as a whole. That is why we want these rules to be binding and to impose sanctions when violated. We need to move from nice words to real measures."@en1
